Permanent Hires

A Permanent Hire is a long term commitment for any organisation and the time input in the recruitment process can be time lengthy for you as a Manager/Human Resources specialist. We are dedicated to saving time for you by only submitting the best candidate short-list possible for you role. You should not need to concern yourself of the ability of the candidates, that will be a given. This short-list will have been selected from a larger pool of pre-screened candidates i.e. only those closest to your needs will be submitted but you will be given a choice of candidates in most situations.

All candidates will be specifically screened for your specific role and of course, will be advised of the benefits and advantages of working for your business. It is part and parcel of our role to promote your business - in essence we will be an extension of your internal hiring process!

Interim Hires

For times where you will not need a full-time permanent resource, we can help with an interim solution for your business needs. Despite the shorter duration of tenure, our service remains one of high-quality and attention to detail for you. It is not unusual that the Interim hire is so suitable, they become a longer term option for you. Our aim is to get the match right regardless of your tenure offering.

Retained Service Offering

For some hiring needs, you will need a one contact dedicated resource to help with the selection of your new employee. We would strongly advise a retained assignment to our clients on most occasions but especially for senior appointments/executive hiring needs. The benefits to the client are many - one sole point of contact (not multiple agencies providing duplicate candidates), 100% focus on your specific role, and a pre-agreed dedicated timeline for your recruitment life-cycle.
