Job Description
TalentScope Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our Dublin city centre based client, is seeking applicaitons for a 12 month contract role for a Scrum Master (Agile)
The Role
You will report directly to the Development Manager –the Scrum Master is a core member of the IT Business Partner Team for the Channels and Customer and Data domain.
The Right Candidate- You will be required to facilitate the agile process for development teams;
- You will work in an agile team environment in the design and execution of web and mobile products and work on business critical applications, supported by a team of technical and business experts.
- You will also develop and foster teamwork, gauge team performance and identify areas for growth and improvement candidates will spot issues early within a SPRINT and take remedial action to get it back on track.
Successful candidates ideally will have a strong background in retail financial services and a proven ability to quickly understand the business strategy and objectives, you will have significant experience of business analysis in an agile environment.
Candidates will also have a IT background with solid grounding in technology is essential. You will have experience of developing high quality user stories and acceptance criteria for multiple business processes having multiple product owners in an organisation new to agile development methodology. Ideally, you will have 3+ years in the role of Scrum Master, XP coach, or Agile servant leader.
